How is an order handled?
- Without signing in. After the purchase you receive a set of PS Store gift codes worth the order and instructions: you redeem the codes to top up your wallet and buy the currency yourself. No account details are needed. Orders usually take 1–3 minutes.
- With sign-in. You pass your account details on the delivery page — PSN login, password and backup codes. The order is handled automatically, around the clock, and usually takes 10–15 minutes.

Which region should I pick to buy 10,500 Steel Credits Pack – FOR HONOR?

I do not have a PlayStation account in the right region — what do I do?
Tick “PSN account registration” at checkout and we will register a new account in the region you paid for — 150 ₽, or free on orders from 5 000 ₽. The account is entirely yours: the email, the password and every purchase stay with you.
What to do if something goes wrong with the order?
Open “Orders” in the site header, pick the order you need and write in the chat — you can attach a screenshot to your message. The chat opens once the order is paid, and an operator replies.
