Common questions
How do I redeem a PS Store card?
Open PlayStation Store on your console or in a browser, sign in to PSN and choose “Redeem code”. Enter the 12-character code from the card — the amount goes to your PSN wallet.
How fast will I get the code?
Automatically, usually within a couple of minutes after payment. The code appears on the order page, and an email with a link to the order goes to the address you entered.
Do you need access to my account?
No. You redeem the code yourself — we never ask for a login or password.
Can I pay for PS Plus with a wallet balance topped up with a card?
On accounts of India, Poland, the USA and the UAE, yes: subscriptions are paid from the wallet balance. Only residents of Turkey can pay for PS Plus and EA Play from a Turkish wallet balance.
What to do if something goes wrong with the order?
Open “Orders” in the site header, pick the order you need and write in the chat — you can attach a screenshot to your message. An operator replies.
