How is an order handled?
Without signing in. After the purchase you receive a gift code for the amount you paid, or a set of PS Store gift codes. You redeem them yourself through the console or PS Store; no account details are needed. Orders usually take 1–3 minutes.
With sign-in. You pass your account details on the delivery page — PSN login, password and backup codes. The order is handled automatically, around the clock, and usually takes 5–10 minutes.
Which region should I pick?
The top-up region must match your PSN account region: Turkey for a Turkish account, India for an Indian one, Poland for a Polish one, USA for an American one. An account will not accept codes from another region.
What amounts can I top up?
Top-ups go in denominations: Turkey in multiples of 250 TRY (250, 500, 750…), India in multiples of 1000 INR, Poland in multiples of 50 PLN (50, 100, 150…), and the USA in whole dollars, no cents. Only Turkey has a cap — up to 18,000 TRY per top-up; India, Poland and the USA have no limit.
What can I spend the balance on?
Anything in the PS Store: games, add-ons, in-game currency and other content. The one caveat is Turkey — subscriptions (PS Plus, EA Play) can be paid from a Turkish wallet only by users residing in Turkey. On Indian, Polish and US accounts subscriptions are paid from the balance with no restrictions.
