Steam balance top-up by login

We top up Steam accounts in these regions: Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine and the CIS. Accounts from other regions, and accounts under a lock (the red banner), cannot be topped up — the money will not arrive, and a refund through the payment system is not possible. Check your account region before paying.

The minimum top-up is 50 ₽ and the maximum is 15000 ₽ at a time. The daily maximum is 50,000 ₽.

Note: the Steam daily limit is shared across every top-up service. If you have already topped up somewhere else today, the payment may not go through.

On a first top-up Steam may change the country and currency of the account by itself. To avoid that, add a few free games to your library beforehand (PUBG, for example) and sign in to Steam from an IP in your own region. We are not responsible for changes made by Steam.

The money is converted into your account currency, so the amount credited can occasionally differ from the one you entered by 1–2 per cent.

Check that you entered your login and not your nickname. The money usually arrives within a couple of minutes; if it is still missing after an hour, write to our support and we will sort it out.

Write to our support straight away. If the funds have already been credited to someone else’s account they cannot be recovered — check the login before paying.

Unfortunately accounts from Crimea, the DPR and the LPR cannot be topped up — Steam blocks such transfers. Do not pay for an order if your account is tied to those regions: the funds will not arrive and no refund through the payment system is possible.
