Common questions
How do I get PS Plus on my account?
Pick the tier and term, then your account region on the subscription page. At checkout enter your PSN email, password and a backup code — an operator activates the subscription. If you have no account in the right region, tick “PSN account registration” and you will not need to enter account details. After paying, write in the order chat that you are waiting for the subscription.
Which account region should I choose?
The one your PlayStation account is registered in — you can see it in the account settings. We have subscriptions for accounts of Turkey, India, Poland and the USA.
How long does the subscription take?
An operator activates subscriptions by hand every day between 10:00 and 20:00 Moscow time. Your order will be handled within working hours.
I do not have a PlayStation account in the right region — what do I do?
Tick “PSN account registration” at checkout and we will register a new account in the region you paid for — 150 ₽, or free on orders from 5 000 ₽. The account is entirely yours: the email, the password and every purchase stay with you.
What to do if something goes wrong with the order?
Open “Orders” in the site header, pick the order you need and write in the chat — you can attach a screenshot to your message. An operator replies.
