About the game
Death's Door is a single-player game in which the hero works as a Crow, collecting souls of the deceased. When the soul assigned to it is stolen, the Crow trails a desperate thief into a realm untouched by death, where creatures have outlived their expiry and overflow with greed and power. Combat against a fantastic array of beasts and demigods uses melee weapons, arrows and magic, and while mistakes are punished, victory is rewarded. Progress comes from customizing character stats and mastering the abilities and upgrades obtained. Past the Doors lies a bleak land of twisted inhabitants and countless secrets, and the goal is to hunt down colossal tyrants who have stories and motivations of their own. The narrative mixes a somber tone with dark comedy and gradually reveals the mysteries surrounding souls, the Crows and the Doors.
