About the game
The PS4 and PS5 edition of Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy is carried over from PlayStation 2 with rewind, quick save, custom video filters and higher-quality graphics. The plot follows a journey to reverse a friend's transformation into a furry Ottsel, with the hero drawn into his amusing antics. Along the way, twisted corruption is uncovered and the sinister minds behind the plot must be fought. The world turns on the mysteries of Eco, both Light and Dark, along with Precursor Technology and Power Cells, and only one being holds the secret of Eco's power. It is a single-player adventure built around exploration and discovery across enormous vistas.

Only one person holds the secret behind the power of the mysterious Eco. Together you must now take on these endeavors. This title has been converted from the PlayStation®2 version to the PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®5 consoles and provides newly added features. Consequently, there may be times where the title plays differently from the PlayStation®2 version, or where some features may cause the title to not function properly. This version does not support the PlayStation®2 console’s peripherals, therefore some functionality may not be available.
