Which region should I pick to buy Yakuza: Like a Dragon Crafting Mat Set?

Tick “PSN account registration” at checkout and we will register a new account in the region you paid for — 150 ₽, or free on orders from 5 000 ₽. The account is entirely yours: the email, the password and every purchase stay with you.
What to do if something goes wrong with the order?
