Questions and answers

How do I get the Riot gift card?

The code appears on the order page right after payment, and the order details go to the email you entered.

Do you need access to my account?

No. You redeem the code yourself — we never ask for a login or password.

How quickly is an order completed?

After payment the card code is delivered automatically — usually within a couple of minutes. Delays happen occasionally.

Can I give the Riot gift card as a gift?

Yes. Until the code is redeemed it is not tied to anything — just forward it to the person you are gifting. The code's region must match the recipient's account region.

What if the code does not activate?

Check the steps in the “How to activate” block and your account region — it must match the code's region. If the code is still not accepted, write to us in the order chat.

Which region should I pick for the Riot gift card?

The one that matches your account region — otherwise the code will not activate. Available: Europe, Turkey, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States, Bahrain and more.
