What the app does better than the site
The bot messages you when the order is paid, taken into work and completed — no need to keep a tab open and refresh the page. Almost everything is delivered automatically, around the clock; PS Plus and EA Play subscriptions are handled by an operator.
Ask about a paid order right in its chat: the reply arrives as a bot notification linking straight to that chat, and the conversation stays in the app.
Tied to your Telegram account — they survive switching devices and clearing the browser.
Add a game to your favorites and the bot will write when the price drops. Unreleased PlayStation games have a bell: it messages you on release day.

Common questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. The shop opens right inside Telegram, like a regular chat — it is a mini app, not a separate program. No separate sign-up either: you are logged in with your Telegram account.
How is the app different from the site?
The range is the same, and so are the SBP prices. PlayStation games are cheaper by card in the app: we do not add the card fee the site charges. Order status arrives as a bot message, support replies in the same chat, and favorites and order history are tied to your Telegram account.
Which payment methods are available?
Payment in rubles: SBP or a bank card. PlayStation games cost the same either way. For top-ups, in-game currency, services and Steam keys, paying by card costs the fee percentage more.
Do payment details pass through the bot?
No. The payment happens on the payment provider page — we never see or store card details. From Telegram the app receives your profile data: numeric identifier, name, @username, language and avatar link.
How fast does the order arrive?
Orders are delivered automatically, around the clock — usually within a couple of minutes after payment. Subscriptions — PS Plus and EA Play — are handled manually: we will message you in the bot chat and do everything ourselves.
Can I use the app on a computer?
