Do you need access to my AFK Journey account?
No. All we need is your Account ID — we never ask for a login or password, and you do not have to sign in anywhere.
How soon will the currency arrive?
After payment the currency is credited to your game account automatically — usually within a couple of minutes. Delays happen occasionally.
Can I top up AFK Journey for a friend?
Yes. Enter your friend's Account ID — no need to log into their account; the currency goes to the profile with that ID.
What happens if I get the Account ID wrong?
The currency goes to the player with that ID and cannot be returned: a completed order cannot be cancelled. Double-check the digits before paying.
What if the currency has not arrived?
Check the Account ID in your order. If it is correct but the currency is missing, write to us in the order chat. Until the order is completed, the money can be refunded — see the Refund policy.
