Where to find the Player ID in Identity V
- 1Launch Identity V and open the settings in the lobby — the wrench icon in the top-right corner.
- 2Your name and ID are at the bottom of the window. The ID cannot be copied, so type the digits by hand.
- 3Enter the ID in the “Player ID” field and pick your server from the list: Asia or NA / EU.
- 4Pick an amount, add your email and pay — the Echoes arrive automatically within a couple of minutes.

Identity V Echoes top-up by player ID — no login needed. Identity V is NetEase's asymmetric horror game: one hunter against four survivors. Echoes buy costumes, accessories and essences.
The game runs two servers, Asia and NA / EU, with separate progress. Pick the one you play on — currency cannot be moved between servers.
Questions and answers
Do you need access to my Identity V account?
No. All we need is your Player ID — we never ask for a login or password, and you do not have to sign in anywhere.
How soon will the currency arrive?
After payment the currency is credited to your game account automatically — usually within a couple of minutes. Delays happen occasionally.
Which server should I pick in Identity V?
The one you play on: Asia, NA / EU. The currency lands there, and it cannot be moved between servers.
Can I top up Identity V for a friend?
Yes. Enter your friend's Player ID — no need to log into their account; the currency goes to the profile with that ID.
What happens if I get the Player ID wrong?
The currency goes to the player with that ID and cannot be returned: a completed order cannot be cancelled. Double-check the digits before paying.
What if the currency has not arrived?
Check the Player ID in your order. If it is correct but the currency is missing, write to us in the order chat. Until the order is completed, the money can be refunded — see the Refund policy.
