Darksiders III continues the Darksiders series and is set on Earth after an apocalypse. The protagonist is FURY, a mage armed with a whip, who hunts down and destroys the Seven Deadly Sins to bring balance to the forces on the planet. As she progresses, she masters different forms of magic, each opening up new moves, weapons and ways of getting around. The world is open-ended, and the heroine moves freely between locations, uncovering secrets while the story advances. Standing in her way are the sins themselves and their servants, ranging from mystical creatures to monsters. The game is designed for a single player.
