About the game
Henry works as a fire lookout in the Wyoming wilderness in 1989, keeping watch over the surrounding nature from a mountain top after leaving a messy life behind. His only link to the world he left is a small handheld radio, and through it his supervisor Delilah is always reachable. Odd events eventually lead him away from his post and into the woods, and there he explores unfamiliar terrain, asks questions and makes decisions that may strengthen or ruin the one relationship that matters to him. The game is single-player, and its wilderness opens up further as it is explored.
Description from PS Store
The year is 1989. You are a man named Henry who has retreated from your messy life to work as a fire lookout in the Wyoming wilderness. Perched high atop a mountain, it’s your job to look for smoke and keep the wilderness safe. An especially hot, dry summer has everyone on edge. Your supervisor, a woman named Delilah, is available to you at all times over a small, handheld radio—your only contact with the world you've left behind. But when something strange draws you out of your lookout tower and into the world, you’ll explore a wild and unknown environment, facing questions and making choices that can build or destroy the only meaningful relationship you have. Includes • A stunningly beautiful wilderness environment that expands as you explore. • A tailor-made story: the choices you make shape the narrative and build relationships. • An edge-of-your-seat mystery. • Secrets and discoveries to be made over every hill. Additional hardware required for Remote Play. 1 player 6GB minimum save size
How is an order handled?
After the purchase you receive a set of PS Store gift codes worth the order and instructions: you redeem the codes to top up your wallet and buy the game yourself. No account details are needed.
Orders usually take 1–3 minutesYou pass your account details on the delivery page — PSN login, password and backup codes. The order is handled automatically, around the clock.
Orders usually take 10–15 minutesQuestions and answers
Does Firewatch have Russian language support?
Interface and subtitles: Russian, English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese. Voice-over: English. The set of languages depends on the account region and on the edition — the one shown here is for your current choice.
How do the editions of Firewatch differ?
There are several editions: Firewatch, Firewatch Dynamic Theme Bundle. The edition is selected in the purchase panel, and the price changes there too.
Which region should I pick to buy Firewatch?
Every region has its quirks — a lower price, or no Russian language. Use the “PlayStation account region” switch to pick the one that suits you. Keep in mind that your PlayStation account region must match the one you pay in. Available regions: Turkey, Ukr. UA, India, UAE, Poland, USA.
How do I prepare my account for the “With sign-in” method?
Before paying:
1. Make sure your PSN password and two-factor backup codes work — the order cannot be completed with wrong details.
2. Turn off passwordless sign-in (passkey): the account needs a password and two-factor authentication.
3. Empty your PS Store cart.
4. Turn off the password prompt at checkout.
5. Remove all bank cards from the account.
6. If you are buying for a Ukr. UA account, spend the wallet balance beforehand: PS Store deducts it automatically at purchase.
7. For a US account, set a state without sales tax, such as Oregon.
With a prepared account, the order is completed fastest.
Why do the gift codes add up to more than the order price?
PS Store top-up cards come in fixed denominations (Turkey in multiples of 250 TRY, India 1000 INR, Poland 50 PLN, UAE 40 AED), so the set is picked for the nearest amount. The difference stays in your account wallet — you can spend it on anything else in the PS Store.
Does the game stay on the account forever?
Yes. The purchase happens on your own PlayStation account, so the game stays there for good — exactly as with a normal PS Store purchase.
I do not have a PlayStation account in the right region — what do I do?
Tick “PSN account registration” at checkout and we will register a new account in the region you paid for — 150 ₽, or free on orders from 5 000 ₽ without signing in or from 5 130 ₽ with sign-in. The account is entirely yours: the email, the password and every purchase stay with you.
What to do if something goes wrong with the order?
Open “Orders” in the site header, pick the order you need and write in the chat — you can attach a screenshot to your message. An operator replies.
