About the game
Mafia: The Old Country is a third-person action game set in 1900s Sicily, within a brutal criminal underworld. The story follows Enzo Favara, whose early years were spent in forced labor; he now aims to earn a place as a man of honor in the Torrisi family, ready to risk everything for a different life. Play involves surviving and proving his value to the Family. The period is conveyed through details: a stiletto blade in skilled hands was lethal, the lupara sawed-off shotgun was a common firearm, vendettas lasted for decades, and mafiosi traveled on foot, horseback, or in turn-of-the-century motorcars. The game is single-player only.
Description from PS Store
Uncover the origins of organized crime in Mafia: The Old Country, a gritty mob story set in the brutal underworld of 1900s Sicily. Fight to survive as Enzo Favara and prove your worth to the Family in this immersive third-person action-adventure set during a dangerous, unforgiving era. Enzo will do anything for a better life. After a brutal childhood of forced labor, he's ready to risk everything to become a man of honor in the Torrisi crime family. His oath to the Mafia, with all the power, temptation, and hardship it entails, is a burning reminder of this simple truth: Family Takes Sacrifice. This thrilling narrative is brought to life by stunning visuals, cinematic storytelling, and the authentic realism that the critically acclaimed Mafia series is known for. Enzo's story unfolds in a time when skill with a stiletto blade was a deadly asset, a lupara sawed-off shotgun was a go-to firearm, murderous vendettas raged for decades, and mafiosi patrolled their protection rackets on foot, horseback, or behind the wheel of turn-of-the-century motorcars.

Does Mafia: The Omertà Collection have Russian language support?
Interface and subtitles: Russian, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Japanese, Korean, Spanish (Mexico), Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Portuguese (Brazil), Ukrainian, Czech. Voice-over: Russian, English, Spanish, French, German, Czech. The set of languages depends on the account region and on the edition — the one shown here is for your current choice.
How do the editions of Mafia: The Old Country differ?
There are several editions: Mafia: The Old Country, Mafia: The Old Country Definitive Edition, Mafia: The Omertà Collection. What each one includes is listed in the “What the edition includes” block on this page: it changes together with the edition selected in the purchase panel, as does the price.
Which region should I pick to buy Mafia: The Omertà Collection?
Every region has its quirks — a lower price, or no Russian language. Use the “PlayStation account region” switch to pick the one that suits you. Keep in mind that your PlayStation account region must match the one you pay in. Available regions: Turkey, Ukr. UA, India, UAE, Poland, USA.
How do I prepare my account for the “With sign-in” method?
Before paying:
1. Make sure your PSN password and two-factor backup codes work — the order cannot be completed with wrong details.
2. Turn off passwordless sign-in (passkey): the account needs a password and two-factor authentication.
3. Empty your PS Store cart.
4. Turn off the password prompt at checkout.
5. Remove all bank cards from the account.
6. If you are buying for a Ukr. UA account, spend the wallet balance beforehand: PS Store deducts it automatically at purchase.
7. For a US account, set a state without sales tax, such as Oregon.
With a prepared account, the order is completed fastest.
Why do the gift codes add up to more than the order price?
PS Store top-up cards come in fixed denominations (Turkey in multiples of 250 TRY, India 1000 INR, Poland 50 PLN, UAE 40 AED), so the set is picked for the nearest amount. The difference stays in your account wallet — you can spend it on anything else in the PS Store.
Does the game stay on the account forever?
Yes. The purchase happens on your own PlayStation account, so the game stays there for good — exactly as with a normal PS Store purchase.
I do not have a PlayStation account in the right region — what do I do?
Tick “PSN account registration” at checkout and we will register a new account in the region you paid for — 150 ₽, or free on orders from 5 000 ₽ without signing in or from 5 130 ₽ with sign-in. The account is entirely yours: the email, the password and every purchase stay with you.
What to do if something goes wrong with the order?
Open “Orders” in the site header, pick the order you need and write in the chat — you can attach a screenshot to your message. An operator replies.
