About the game
The plants go on the offensive for the first time, trying to win back their turf from Dr. Zomboss, who has strengthened his horde and turned suburbia into a zombie utopia. Players can side with either plants or zombies, fighting in 24-player multiplayer and 4-player co-op, or going solo and in split-screen against the AI across all game modes. A separate addition is the Backyard Battleground, an interactive hub for daily quests, challenges and encounters with familiar PvZ characters, playable with friends.

Yes. The purchase happens on your own PlayStation account, so the game stays there for good — exactly as with a normal PS Store purchase.
