About the game
Capcom's action title is set at a lunar station controlled by a malfunctioning artificial intelligence. Hugh belongs to a rapid response squad, while Diana is an android who rescues him after a disaster. Together they seek a way back to Earth. Play involves directing both heroes at once: Hugh moves, shoots and jumps as Diana hacks systems at the same moment.
Description from PS Store
Note: This content may be available as part of one or more bundles. Please check your purchases to avoid overlap. "Wherever you go, I'll be there." Pragmata is a unique, sci-fi action-adventure game from Capcom. Follow Hugh, a member of an ill-fated investigation team, and Diana, a young android, as they navigate a lunar facility taken over by rogue AI in search of a way to Earth. ONE TRAGIC ACCIDENT. AN UNLIKELY DUO. At a remote lunar research facility, humanity discovers a new ore—one that, when properly refined, can be used to create almost anything using 3D printers. When the facility suddenly falls silent, Hugh and his team are dispatched to investigate...but then disaster strikes. Hugh is saved by Diana, a lone android wandering the complex. The two of them must join forces to find a way off the moon while working their way through an AI-controlled facility bent on stopping them. Half-realized replicas of human civilization sprawl across the lunar surface, while inside, only scattered traces of the facility's vanished inhabitants remain. What buried truth awaits at the end of Hugh and Diana's journey? TAKE CONTROL OF TWO CHARACTERS—AT THE SAME TIME. Guide both Hugh as he moves, shoots, and jumps, and Diana, who hacks at the same time. Enjoy a fresh, new blend of gameplay in this truly unique system that will push your brain to its limits.
How is an order handled?
After the purchase you receive a set of PS Store gift codes worth the order and instructions: you redeem the codes to top up your wallet and buy the game yourself. No account details are needed.
Orders usually take 1–3 minutesYou pass your account details on the delivery page — PSN login, password and backup codes. The order is handled automatically, around the clock.
Orders usually take 10–15 minutesQuestions and answers
Does PRAGMATA have Russian language support?
Interface and subtitles: Russian, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Spanish (Mexico), Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Portuguese (Brazil). Voice-over: Russian, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish (Mexico), Chinese, Portuguese (Brazil). The set of languages depends on the account region and on the edition — the one shown here is for your current choice.
How do the editions of PRAGMATA differ?
There are several editions: PRAGMATA, PRAGMATA Deluxe Edition. What each one includes is listed in the “What the edition includes” block on this page: it changes together with the edition selected in the purchase panel, as does the price.
Which region should I pick to buy PRAGMATA?
Every region has its quirks — a lower price, or no Russian language. Use the “PlayStation account region” switch to pick the one that suits you. Keep in mind that your PlayStation account region must match the one you pay in. Available regions: Turkey, Ukr. UA, India, UAE, Poland, USA.
How do I prepare my account for the “With sign-in” method?
Before paying:
1. Make sure your PSN password and two-factor backup codes work — the order cannot be completed with wrong details.
2. Turn off passwordless sign-in (passkey): the account needs a password and two-factor authentication.
3. Empty your PS Store cart.
4. Turn off the password prompt at checkout.
5. Remove all bank cards from the account.
6. If you are buying for a Ukr. UA account, spend the wallet balance beforehand: PS Store deducts it automatically at purchase.
7. For a US account, set a state without sales tax, such as Oregon.
With a prepared account, the order is completed fastest.
Why do the gift codes add up to more than the order price?
PS Store top-up cards come in fixed denominations (Turkey in multiples of 250 TRY, India 1000 INR, Poland 50 PLN, UAE 40 AED), so the set is picked for the nearest amount. The difference stays in your account wallet — you can spend it on anything else in the PS Store.
Does the game stay on the account forever?
Yes. The purchase happens on your own PlayStation account, so the game stays there for good — exactly as with a normal PS Store purchase.
I do not have a PlayStation account in the right region — what do I do?
Tick “PSN account registration” at checkout and we will register a new account in the region you paid for — 150 ₽, or free on orders from 5 000 ₽ without signing in or from 5 130 ₽ with sign-in. The account is entirely yours: the email, the password and every purchase stay with you.
What to do if something goes wrong with the order?
Open “Orders” in the site header, pick the order you need and write in the chat — you can attach a screenshot to your message. An operator replies.
