How is an order handled?
An operator activates the subscription by hand every day, from 10:00 to 20:00 Moscow time. After paying, write in the order chat that the payment is done and you are waiting for the subscription. Your order will be handled within working hours.

I do not have a PlayStation account in the right region — what do I do?
Tick “PSN account registration” at checkout and we will register a new account in the region you paid for — 150 ₽, or free on orders from 5 000 ₽. The account is entirely yours: the email, the password and every purchase stay with you.
What to do if something goes wrong with the order?
Open “Orders” in the site header, pick the order you need and write in the chat — you can attach a screenshot to your message. An operator replies.
