About the game

Remnant II is a follow-up to Remnant: From the Ashes in which the remnants of humanity confront fresh monstrous foes and deity-like bosses in frightening realms. A single player can set out alone, or join two companions in online co-op, descending into uncharted territory to halt a malevolence that threatens all of reality. Fighting alternates between deliberate and rapid exchanges at range and up close, with loadouts tailored to each biome and encounter, and formidable bosses draw seasoned players into groups chasing the richest spoils. Travel leads through several worlds crawling with legendary beasts and lethal adversaries, where found equipment is improved to meet harsher trials. Quests that branch, augments, crafting, and dropped rewards challenge even veteran adventurers inside procedurally assembled dungeons and zones, and scattered narratives invite return visits. A broader Archetype framework grants passive perks and striking abilities, and several Archetypes may be unlocked, advanced, and combined to shape different approaches.
