About the game
Train Sim World 5 is a railway simulator from Dovetail Games, released in 2024 for a single player on PS4 and PS5. Players get three new routes: the suburban WEST COAST MAIN LINE served by the Northwestern Class 350 and other trains, the winding KINZIGTALBAHN with the tilting DB BR 411 ICE-T, and the sun-soaked SAN BERNARDINO LINE, where Metrolink operations rely on the MP36 and F125 locomotives. New features include Conductor Mode, which places the player in the role of a guard or conductor on any service, and route hopping, which allows walking between routes that share stations. A live map provides a real-time birds-eye view of any route to help learn station locations, while Creators Club and Photo Mode support a creative approach. On PS4, console limitations mean timetables and the gameplay experience may differ to suit platform performance.

Immerse yourself in the ultimate rail hobby and embark on your next journey. Variety abounds on the twisting KINZIGTALBAHN with the tilting DB BR 411 ICE-T and more. The sun-soaked tracks of the SAN BERNARDINO LINE play host to Metrolink movements, powered by the MP36 & F125. A new way to play! CONDUCTOR MODE puts you into the role of a guard/conductor on any service. ROUTE HOPPING: fast-travel across routes to catch the action at any station. LIVE MAP: Get a real-time birds-eye view of any route, become familiar with station locations. With CREATORS CLUB, PHOTO MODE and more, embark on your own journey in your own way. Please note: due to the capabilities of older-generation consoles (PS4), players on these platforms can expect a different timetable and layers experience to suit performance on the platform - to find out more, please head to the Dovetail Games Support Centre, and search 'Train Sim World 5 FAQ'. Owners of a PS4® disc copy must insert it into the PS5® every time they want to download or play the PS5® digital version. PS4® game disc owners who buy the PS5® Digital Edition disc-free console will not be able to get the PS5® version at no extra cost.
How is an order handled?
After the purchase you receive a set of PS Store gift codes worth the order and instructions: you redeem the codes to top up your wallet and buy the game yourself. No account details are needed.
Orders usually take 1–3 minutesYou pass your account details on the delivery page — PSN login, password and backup codes. The order is handled automatically, around the clock.
Orders usually take 10–15 minutesQuestions and answers
Does Train Sim World 5: Standard Edition PS4 & PS5 have Russian language support?
Interface and subtitles: Russian, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Chinese. Voice-over: English, French, German. The set of languages depends on the account region and on the edition — the one shown here is for your current choice.
Which region should I pick to buy Train Sim World 5: Standard Edition PS4 & PS5?
Every region has its quirks — a lower price, or no Russian language. Use the “PlayStation account region” switch to pick the one that suits you. Keep in mind that your PlayStation account region must match the one you pay in. Available regions: Turkey, Ukr. UA, India, UAE, Poland, USA.
How do I prepare my account for the “With sign-in” method?
Before paying:
1. Make sure your PSN password and two-factor backup codes work — the order cannot be completed with wrong details.
2. Turn off passwordless sign-in (passkey): the account needs a password and two-factor authentication.
3. Empty your PS Store cart.
4. Turn off the password prompt at checkout.
5. Remove all bank cards from the account.
6. If you are buying for a Ukr. UA account, spend the wallet balance beforehand: PS Store deducts it automatically at purchase.
7. For a US account, set a state without sales tax, such as Oregon.
With a prepared account, the order is completed fastest.
Why do the gift codes add up to more than the order price?
PS Store top-up cards come in fixed denominations (Turkey in multiples of 250 TRY, India 1000 INR, Poland 50 PLN, UAE 40 AED), so the set is picked for the nearest amount. The difference stays in your account wallet — you can spend it on anything else in the PS Store.
Does the game stay on the account forever?
Yes. The purchase happens on your own PlayStation account, so the game stays there for good — exactly as with a normal PS Store purchase.
I do not have a PlayStation account in the right region — what do I do?
Tick “PSN account registration” at checkout and we will register a new account in the region you paid for — 150 ₽, or free on orders from 5 000 ₽ without signing in or from 5 130 ₽ with sign-in. The account is entirely yours: the email, the password and every purchase stay with you.
What to do if something goes wrong with the order?
Open “Orders” in the site header, pick the order you need and write in the chat — you can attach a screenshot to your message. An operator replies.
