About the game
METAL EDEN is a sci-fi first-person shooter played entirely solo, set in MOEBIUS, a vast monolithic city in orbit above a planet. Once intended as a new home for humanity, the city has become a deadly trap and is run by the mysterious ENGINEERS. The player controls HYPER UNIT ASKA, an advanced battle android powered by a PHANTOM CORE, built to protect and specialized in recon missions. Its mission is to rescue the citizens' COREs while fighting the INTERNAL DEFENCE CORPS and uncovering the mysteries of the project EDEN. Combat relies on parkour such as dashing, wall-running and grappling, on transforming into an ARMORED RAMBALL, and on a jetpack and gravity hooks for control of the air; extracting energy cores and destroying enemy shields provide an advantage in battle. Developing the arsenal and combat capabilities strengthens the unit. Beyond the derelict orbital city, there is the mysterious world below, VULCAN, to explore.
