About the game

Company of Heroes 3 takes place in the Mediterranean, with fighting across Italian mountain passes, coastal landscapes and the deserts of North Africa. Players command armies, and the single-player campaign is the largest in the history of the series. It is built around a turn-based Dynamic Campaign Map where supply lines are established, rear guard defenses prepared, air and naval strikes launched, nearby towns liberated to develop a Partisan spy network, and veteran companies upgraded. In battle, the Full Tactical Pause feature gives players total control over the pacing of single-player action. The PlayStation version includes full controller support and a custom interface adapted for gamepads. Multiplayer supports up to 8 players and requires an internet connection. Relic's Essence Engine makes every location a fully destructible sandbox.

Company of Heroes 3: Premium Edition contains Company of Heroes 3 along with Premium Edition Content and Expansion 1. The first adds cosmetic items, and the second is the first downloadable expansion planned for 2024. The edition is intended for those who want these additions to the game.
