About the game
Teams of four fighters face each other in MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls, and the launch roster brings together 20 Marvel heroes and villains, each belonging to a team of its own. Every character is rendered in an anime-inspired art style, and experimenting with team compositions reveals new combos, synergies and strategies. Battles take place on dynamic stages based on Marvel Universe locales, some of which feature interactive stage transitions. Alongside local play against a friend and standard VS modes, there is an online lobby for up to 64 players and a single player Episode Mode that explores team dynamics and lore. Controls can be adjusted between traditional and quick inputs, while easy chain combos help newcomers get started.
