How to redeem an ExitLag prepaid code:
- 1Go to the ExitLag website and sign in to your account.
- 2Open My Account.
- 3Select Prepaid Codes.
- 4Enter the code from your order confirmation and click Activate Code.

How do I get a ExitLag Mobile subscription?
The code appears on the order page right after payment, and the order details go to the email you entered.
Do you need access to my account?
No. You redeem the code yourself — we never ask for a login or password.
How quickly is an order completed?
After payment the subscription code is delivered automatically — usually within a couple of minutes. Delays happen occasionally.
Can I give a ExitLag Mobile subscription as a gift?
Yes. Until the code is redeemed it is not tied to anything — just forward it to the person you are gifting. The code's region must match the recipient's account region.
What if the code does not activate?
Check the steps in the “How to activate” block and your account region — it must match the code's region. If the code is still not accepted, write to us in the order chat.
