About the game
Set in deep space, the story follows the colony ship Cassiopeia, which crash lands on Tau Ceti f, 12 light years from a dying Earth, while its crew discovers it is not alone on the planet. An alien organism able to mimic its prey hunts the crew, and the astronaut 'Young', played by Lashana Lynch, is among those trying to survive. Players evade the creature in the ship's dark corridors using stealth, quick reflexes and improvised weapons, while facing the choice of risking the lives of everyone on Earth to save themselves. Decisions shape a branching storyline, and a Turning Points story tree lets players rewrite their destiny and change the course of events. Alongside single-player, the game supports couch co-op for up to five players, who choose which crew members to control.
