About the game
Fifteen years after Avyanna freed Nevendaar from the tyranny of the gods, the realm once more hangs in the balance in Disciples: Domination, a dark fantasy strategy RPG with turn-based combat. The player takes Avyanna's throne and tries to hold together a crumbling kingdom while the queen herself begins to crack under the weight of rule, fear and her own power, as allies abandon her and an unknown force spreads strife and madness. From the capital of Yllian the player governs the realm and army and consults companions, with choices shaping faction reputation and the reactions of the world. Battles are fought on a tactical grid at a faster pace, with dynamic events, new skills, faction abilities, unit synergies and a system of strengths and weaknesses. Units from five distinct factions are recruited and upgraded, companions are chosen to suit a playstyle, and travel through the living world of Nevendaar in real time uncovers regions, characters and quests. The dwarves have returned as well, and they may not prove to be allies.
