About the game
NBA 2K25 is a basketball simulation developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K in 2024. Its gameplay is built on ProPLAY technology, which converts NBA footage directly into in-game action and is presented as the basis for an authentic experience on the court. Players build a legacy across MyCAREER, MyTEAM, MyNBA and The W, and can also explore the new The City mode, where streetball and competition take place at various venues. MyNBA offers six Eras, including an all-new one, along with the challenges of running an NBA front office, while MyTEAM has players assemble a roster and face rivals in the weekly King of the Court event. The W focuses on a WNBA career and The W Online, and the game supports single-player, co-op and PvP both online and on one screen. Play Now, MyNBA and MyLEAGUE are available offline, while all other modes require an Internet connection.
