About the game
Taxi Life: A City Driving Simulator puts the player in Barcelona with only a car and a dream, gradually building a transport business from there. The city is reproduced at a 1:1 scale and offers 460 km of roads for transporting passengers while following traffic rules and avoiding collisions. Beyond driving, the player must monitor dashboard warning lights and refuel, recharge or service the vehicle when necessary. Income from fares allows expanding the fleet and hiring employees, assigning them to vehicles, neighbourhoods and time slots. Random events such as accidents, roadworks and parades force route changes, and special missions come in two categories: driving as fast as possible with no speeding fines, or avoiding any traffic rule violations. The game is single-player only, and its controls support the most popular steering wheel peripherals and game controllers.

You will need to follow the rules of the road, deal with impatient tourists, the changing weather conditions and rush hours, adapt your routes to avoid traffic jams and accidents… and, most of all, ensure your customers are pleased with your service to earn the best ratings and the most generous tips!
- Transport your passengers across 286 miles (460 km) of roads in the game’s 1:1 scale reproduction of a large part of Barcelona
- Unwind between two fares by exploring the city, discovering its hidden features and points of interest
- Earn experience points by driving, exploring and interacting with your customers, and use them to unlock new skills, such as the ability to accept longer fares
- Pick up customers and take them to their destination
- Follow the rules of the road and avoid collisions with vehicles and pedestrians
- Adapt your route based on random events (accidents, roadworks, parades, etc.)
- Increase your braking distance when the road surface is wet to avoid collisions
