About the game
TopSpin 2K25 is a tennis simulation developed by Hangar 13 and published by 2K Games in 2024. Its core rests on advanced mechanics, realistic physics and visuals: some playable pros received custom forehand, backhand and serve animations that mirror their real form, and court surfaces change during matches, with dust rising on clay and grass wearing down over the course of a tournament. A new Timing Meter handles shot precision, while a separate Serve Mechanic helps produce the perfect serve. Four playstyles exist — All-Round, Offensive Baseline, Defensive Baseline and Serve & Volley — and they may be combined when building hybrid MyPLAYERs. The MyCAREER mode follows a rising professional who competes around the world and aims to become a Grand Slam® Champion at the main courts of Wimbledon, Roland-Garros, the US Open and the Australian Open. On a single screen, Offline Exhibition allows singles for two and doubles for four, while online play offers World Tour, the 2K Tour and private duels in Online Exhibition with cross-play support. MyPLAYER appearance and attributes can be adjusted, and Coaches, Fittings and gear can be earned from adidas, HEAD, Lacoste, New Balance, Nike and Wilson.

Several playable pros in TopSpin 2K25 have a custom forehand, backhand, and serve animation that’s been fine-tuned to replicate their real-life form. On clay, sliding across will kick up dust and leave scuff marks along the ground you’ve covered while on grass the court wear becomes more noticeable as you progress through a tournament. Deliver pinpoint precision on the court with the all-new Timing Meter, and hit the perfect serve with the new Serve Mechanic.
