About the game
Echoes of Aincrad is a single-player role-playing game with real-time combat set in the floating castle of Aincrad. The player creates an avatar and customizes its equipment, weapons, statistics and special skills to match a preferred style of play. Combat relies on those skills and on quick reflexes, while the hero grows through leveling up and unlocking new abilities. A separate focus is the partner: their tactics and build can be adjusted to strengthen the team. Between battles, the player travels through cities and environments, completes quests, hunts for treasures and fights enemies in various locations, including dungeons.
