About the game
Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree takes place in Faelduum, a decaying world where dark forces and monsters seep through tears in reality. The protagonist is an Inquisitor whose single act of defiance sets them on an irreversible path toward the heart of the world's unraveling fate. The story with multiple endings was written by Brian Mitsoda, and the music was composed by Christos Antoniou with the FILMharmonic Orchestra Prague. The game contains 60 quests and 75 distinct locations to explore across Faelduum. Combat is built on parrying, dodging, and striking at vulnerable moments against wolves, vampires, other creatures, and bosses. Players pick one of six Inquisitor classes, develop the character through six Talent Trees with hundreds of skills, and craft weapons and gear; difficulty can be adjusted in the settings. The game is single-player only.
