MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls is a 4v4 tag team fighter from Arc System Works, PlayStation Studios and Marvel Games in which Marvel heroes and villains appear in an anime-inspired art style and belong to their own teams. The roster offers 20 characters at launch and is set to expand over time. Players build team compositions to find new combos, synergies and strategies, then fight across stages based on Marvel Universe locales, some with interactive stage transitions. Controls are designed for quick entry, with adjustable settings, traditional and quick inputs, and easy chain combos. Alongside local play and an online lobby for up to 64 players with standard VS modes, the single player Episode Mode explores team dynamics and lore. Offline content covers Training Mode, All-Star Arena, Character Guides and the Arcadia Rumble mode, which is fully playable without a connection. The PC version supports Ultra settings, 60fps locked in battle, 4K visuals and haptic feedback through the DualSense controller.
