About the game
F1 Manager 2024 places the player in charge of a Formula 1 team's organisation during the 2024 season, with decisions on strategy shaping how races unfold as drivers carry out instructions. Alongside one of 10 official teams, the series for the first time allows founding an original team, with customisation of its origin, livery, logo and racing suits, plus recruitment of staff and drivers and sponsor deals. The Mentality System adds personalities and needs to manage among staff and drivers, since a poor run of results can leave the team disillusioned and demotivated, and management style is presented as the key to success. Mechanical Failures introduce new challenges and opportunities in races, while talents from F2 and F3 can join as affiliate drivers. The game also offers the 2024 F1 Sprint format, the 2024 driver and staff roster, a Helicam view, full race weekend simulation and the returning Race Replay. Track presentation has been updated for the 2024 season, and the Shanghai International Circuit is back.
