About the game
HUNTER×HUNTER NEN×IMPACT is a fighting game developed by Bushiroad Games and published by Bushiroad Inc. and Arc System Works, scheduled for release on PC in 2025. Matches are built around 3-on-3 team battles: players assemble a squad of characters, look for combinations with synergy and compete for the top with their own team. Combat uses a Rush button, where holding it and pressing repeatedly produces combos, and once the Aura Gauge is filled, Aura Arts become available; a small amount of Aura still activates them, while more Aura increases the damage dealt. Online play runs on rollback netcode, awards rank points that update the player's rank toward the title of three-star hunter, and allows G.I. Cards to be put at stake while collecting cards for specified slots. The single-player side offers a Story mode with CPU opponents that presents a digest of notable Hunter x Hunter moments and includes tutorial stages, plus a Collection where playing Story and Single modes yields titles, profile icons and G.I. Cards for profile customization and for Player Matches online.
