About the game
Released in 2014, The Evil Within is a horror game from Tango Gameworks, directed by Shinji Mikami, the creator of Resident Evil. The plot follows Detective Sebastian Castellanos, whose inquiry into a violent killing turns into an ambush and leaves him in a deranged world populated by hideous creatures and the dead. He must stay alive and find out what dark force is responsible. Only a single-player mode is available, and the hero's options are limited. The surroundings keep warping, as walls, corridors, doors, and entire buildings change, so danger can come from any direction. Enemies can be turned against one another with the same diabolical traps and devices. The id Tech 5 engine provides realistic lighting and animation.

STORY:
While investigating the scene of a gruesome mass murder, Detective Sebastian Castellanos and his partners encounter a mysterious and powerful force. What is a Steam gift and how is it different from a key?
