About the game
Tropico 4 is a simulation and strategy game developed by Haemimont Games and published by Kalypso Media Digital in 2011 for PC. The player runs a tropical island as El Presidente, and the decisions made shape the nation's future and the size of a personal offshore bank account. Compared with the previous game in the series, the political layer is expanded with more superpowers to negotiate with and a Council of Ministers, where selected citizens take posts to help pass controversial decisions. A National Agenda system provides objectives from Tropican factions, foreign geopolitical powers or island events. The game adds 20 buildings, including a Stock Exchange, a shopping mall, an Aqua Park and a Mausoleum to El Presidente, along with six new disasters such as volcanoes, droughts and tornadoes. Play is single-player only, with a trading system for importing and exporting goods and integration with Facebook and social media services.
Description from Steam
The world is changing and Tropico is moving with the times - geographical powers rise and fall and the world market is dominated by new players with new demands and offers - and you, as El Presidente, face a whole new set of challenges. If you are to triumph over your naysayers you will need to gain as much support from your people as possible. Your decisions will shape the future of your nation, and more importantly, the size of your off-shore bank account.
Tropico 4 expands on the gameplay of the previous game with new political additions ∼ including more superpowers to negotiate with, along with the ability to elect ministers into power to help get your more controversial policies passed. But remember to keep your friends close and your enemies closer as everyone has an agenda! Your political mettle will be thoroughly tested, as new natural disasters will have the populace clamoring for you and your cabinet to help them recover from some of the worst Mother Nature can dish out.

What is a Steam gift and how is it different from a key?
A gift is a present our bot sends straight to your Steam account via your profile link: no code to enter, the game appears in your library once you accept the gift. A key is an activation code you enter yourself in the Steam client.
Which gift region should I choose?
The one your Steam account is registered in: Steam will not accept a gift from another region. The region is shown in your Steam account settings under "Store country". "CIS countries" means Belarus, Armenia, Georgia and other CIS countries.
How will I receive the gift?
After payment you enter a link to your Steam profile and the bot sends the gift straight to the account — you only need to accept it in Steam. It usually takes 2–5 minutes, around the clock.
What if the account already has this game?
Steam will not let you accept a gift of a game already in your library — check the library before buying. If it happens, write in the order chat: we will refund you.
