About the game
The action of Strange Brigade is set in Egypt during the 1930s. Seteki the Witch Queen, removed from ancient history and interred in a nameless tomb, has returned to the world of the living. Only a troop of treasure hunters known as the Strange Brigade can stand against her and her army of mummified monstrosities. Players explore ruins, solve puzzles and uncover treasure while battling undead enemies in third-person combat. The campaign supports solo play or online co-op for 2–4 players, and the four agents wield magical powers and prototype weapons including the Krakatoa, the Chill Burster and the Blunderbuss. Beyond the campaign, two modes for 1–4 players are available: Score Attack and Horde. Environmental traps such as spinning blades, fire traps and boulders can be used in combat, and secret entrances and ancient contraptions are there to be found and activated.
