About the game
Tormented Souls 2 casts Caroline Walker as a sister driven to save Anna, whose visions of violence and death after the events at Wildberger Hospital push her to make drawings that turn into reality; the search leads to Villa Hess, a provincial town near mountains in southern Chile, and to a local clinic whose staff hide something grim beneath their courteous manner. Built around a single-player campaign, the game mixes item examination and combination for its puzzles with fights against new foes and bosses, where makeshift gear like the nailer and chainsaw can be modified and swapped mid-combat through a quick select function. Supernatural abilities let the heroine move between realities, rewrite the past to alter the present and seek other ways into the nightmarish other side, while the town offers a convent, an empty shopping centre and a disused school to explore. Settings support either 90s-style fixed-camera horror with limited saves and tank controls or an assisted mode with hints.

Following the harrowing events at Wildberger Hospital, Caroline Walker hopes for a normal life with her sister, Anna. Yet in the months that follow, Anna is haunted by visions of violence and death, compelling her to create disturbing drawings that rapidly manifest into horrifying reality.
Desperate to free her of this affliction, Caroline travels to the remote town of Villa Hess and a mysterious clinic nestled deep within the mountains of southern Chile. But behind the warm smiles of the facility’s serene staff lies a sickening truth, and the sisters soon find themselves at the center of an entirely new nightmare…
