About the game
Diablo IV is an action RPG set in Sanctuary, where the conflict between the High Heavens and the Burning Hells persists and cultists await the arrival of a mother figure. Players create a hero from one of five classes, customizing appearance and abilities, then develop skills through skill trees and Paragon Boards. The campaign can be played solo or with friends, while the open world lets players join other adventurers to defend besieged towns and explore dungeons. At maximum level, additional content becomes available: battles against bosses for powerful loot, fighting back Helltides, challenges in The Pit, and using the Forge to craft weapons. The game also features seasons with new mechanics and limited-time events, and cross-play with cross-progression allows characters to be developed across platforms.
